Gravel or snow mods won’t be included for now as Assetto Corsa’s physics engine isn’t that good at these surfaces - it excels on tarmac, other surfaces remain to be seen.īe prepared for a challenge: leaving the road will often get you stuck or beaming into another dimension, there’s no reset button and no way to get back on the weels when you managed to flip it over (as far as I’m aware). Of course this cannot be 100% objective and I cannot test every single mod but I’m open to suggestions. There’s literally hundreds of mods to be found online, the aim is not to be complete but to list the very best and relevant mods for rallying. I hope there will be plenty of constructive feedback so we can keep improving the wiki along with the game. With the best track and car mods the racing feels second to none, with sounds and visuals to match.īut it can take quite some time and effort to get everything sorted out so I thought it would be interesting to setup a wiki for Assetto Corsa rallying, so more people get to enjoy “ACR” and the community grows. As of today (summer 2023) Assetto Corsa is probably the greatest rally simulator on tarmac, thanks to its superb physics engine and some incredible work from the modding community.
